​​We are committed to providing safe, thrilling, and enjoyable experiences for all visitors. To ensure the safety of our guests and staff, please read and adhere to the following rules and regulations during your visit.

1. General Admission Rules
Age Restrictions:
Visitors under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a paid adult. This attraction may not be suitable for younger children. Adults, please make sure the younger guests understand the House Rules and Safety Information.

No Re-Entry:
Once you exit the haunted attraction, re-entry is not permitted unless otherwise specified.
​
No Refunds:
All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be provided for early exits, missed times, or unused tickets.

2. Health and Safety Regulations

Warning:
This attraction may include intense lighting, strobe effects, loud noises, fog machines, sudden scares, props brushing up against you and simulated violence. If you are sensitive to any of these effects, please reconsider your participation.
Medical Concerns:
This attraction is not recommended for individuals with heart conditions, epilepsy, respiratory issues, or any physical limitations. Pregnant individuals and those with mobility concerns should exercise caution.
No Running:
Running inside the attraction is prohibited for your safety. Please walk calmly at all times.
Stay on Designated Path:
Do not stray from marked paths or enter restricted areas for your safety. We wouldn't want you to get lost in the dark now, would we? Well....

3. Prohibited Items and Behavior
No Touching:
Actors will not touch you, and you are not allowed to touch actors or props.
No Weapons or Sharp Objects:
Absolutely no weapons (real or fake) are allowed on Fairgrounds property.
No Drugs or Alcohol:
Visitors under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be admitted. There is a zero-tolerance policy for illegal substances. There will be alcoholic beverages for sale on property but no alcoholic beverages of any kind is otherwise allowed to be brought into the Fairgrounds nor brought inside the Haunted Attraction.
No Smoking or Open Flames:
Smoking, vaping, and any form of open flames or tobacco are strictly prohibited within the attraction.

4. Costumes and Attire
Appropriate Footwear Required:
For your safety, proper footwear must be worn. No open-toe shoes, sandals, or high heels are allowed.

Costume Masks:
For security reasons, visitors are not allowed to wear full-face masks or costumes that obstruct the face unless authorized by staff.
5. Emergency Situations
In Case of Emergency:
If you need to exit the attraction for any reason, notify a staff member immediately. Emergency exits are clearly marked throughout the attraction.
First Aid:
In case of injury, first-aid assistance is available on site. Notify the nearest staff member for assistance.
6. Photography and Videography
No Flash Photography or Video Recording:
For the safety of our performers and to maintain the atmosphere of the attraction, flash photography and video recording are prohibited. Cell phones need to be turned off and put away before entering this Haunted Attraction.

7. Waiver of Liability
By entering the Haunted Attraction, you assume all risks associated with the event, including but not limited to, accidental injury, fright, or emotional distress. The management is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items. Basically, don’t bring in valuable items that could easily be dropped or stolen if left unattended.

Face Masks:
Breathable medical face masks may be worn.
​
We reserve the right to refuse entry or eject any visitor who violates these rules. Thank you for your cooperation, and we hope you have a spooktacular experience!
